Panigen offers standard antibody products in rabbits, goats, chickens, and sheep, specializing in neonatal tolerization of goats and rabbits. Ascites production is offered in various mouse strains including athymic/nude models.
Large animals are housed in spacious pens, checked several times daily and are allowed out to pasture and for exercise for several hours during the day. All goats are CAE free and the neonatal animals are hand raised. Panigen is a USDA and PHS licensed facility and strictly adheres to the NIH guidelines for the Care and Use of laboratory animals.
Services include standard yearly vaccinations, regular hoof trimming, and worming.
We offer a standard of 25mls of Pre immune serum but can supply more upon request.
Individualized immunization schedules can be designed to fit the researcher's needs depending on the antigens used and the time frame required. Custom prices for specialized procedures can be quoted on a case by case basis.
At the end of a study, if the researcher does not wish the animal
to be euthanized, Panigen has a program which allows for the
retirement of your research goats and sheep at our facility.

We offer all aspects of mAb development including immunization of mice and titration of sera, and assay development prior to fusion. We will work with you to help develop and determine the best assay system to maximize results. We also offer ascites development, isotyping and purification of the resultant monoclonal antibodies.
We offer polyclonal antibody development in a variety of animal species, including goats, sheep, rabbits, mice and chickens. For additional species please enquire.

Conjugation includes antigen coupling to KLH, BSA and GST. Conjugation of antibody to a variety of substrates inclusing Alkaline phosphatase, Horseradish peroxidase etc.
We also now offer liquid nitrogen storage of your cell lines. Our tanks are monitored daily and topped up biweekly to ensure the security of your samples.
