ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Weekly boarding charge after 12 weeks: $22.00

Subsequent immunizations (SC/IM/IV): $15.00

Intradermal (which includes anesthesia of the animal): $27.50

Additional test bleeds (20 ml serum): $37.50

Additional production bleeds (40 ml serum): $75.00

The immunizations and schedules can be customized to meet the specialized needs of the researcher.
Antisera can be generated by small amounts of antigen using special techniques. Please call Panigen for further information.

SPECIAL PROCEDURES:

Ascites production in a variety of mouse strains including nude/athymic animals. This can also include growing up the cells from a frozen stock or a viable growing culture.
Coupling of antigens to KLH or a variety of other carriers.
Affinity purification of sera
Conjugation of antibodies to substrates Alkaline Phosphatase and Horseradish Peroxidase.
Purification of ascites and isotyping
